Vulnerable Sector Screening Clinic
Vulnerable Sector Screening Applications are available online www.opp.ca
The vulnerable sector screening was established to provide screening of individuals who intend on
working or volunteering with the vulnerable sector.
A Vulnerable Person is defined as:
All children who are less than 18 years of age, persons who, because of their age, a disability or
other circumstances, whether temporary or permanent:
(a) are in a position of dependence on others; or
(b) Otherwise at a greater risk than the general population of being harmed by persons in a position of authority or trust relative to them.

When:  Wednesday, April 30th from 4:30 - 7:30

Where: 86 Advanced Avenue, Napanee OPP staion

Please bring:
  • two pieces of government issued ID
  • completed vulnerable sector check form
  • letter from organization where you will be volunteering (AVPS)  









Registration
Welcome to Amherstview Public School ! Feel free to download and print out this form to register your child at our school. Just fill in the form, bring in the required documentation and bring them in.

Documents required for registration

  • Proof of your child's age (birth certificate, baptismal certificate or passport)
  • Proof of address (driver's licence of parent/guardian, household bills, federal government forms)
  • Proof of immunization (child's immunization record - visit KFL&A Public Health for more information)
  • Your child's Ontario Health Card (optional)
Full Day Kindergarten
 







We are currently accepting registrations for junior and senior kindergarten students for the 2013-2014 school year, for those children who will turn 4 or 5 by December 31, 2013. Amherstview Public School will have full-day kindergarten. Families may register their children in person at the school. When you come in to register, please bring your child's Birth Certificate, Health Card, Immunization Card, and proof of home address
