The CDC provides services for children with physical and/or neurological disorders and pre-schoolers with developmental concerns.  The team provides assessment and intervention to help children participate in community life.

Autism Ontario - Kingston Chapter offers a number of programs and activities, including family supports meetings, clubs and outings and a Buddy Program.

Family Support meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm.

HDH offers inpatient and outpatient services for children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric disorders in need of acute care.

Referrals are accepted from physicans, the emergency department and local school boards.

The Family Support Program offers advocacy, referrals, case management supports and counselling to families.  The program also offers respite care and day camp opportunities.

The W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre consists of:
Arena: 200 ft X 85 ft ice surface; 5 dressing rooms; glass enclosed viewing area; seating for 1000; pro shop; canteen

Pool: 25 metre X 5 lanes; slide; Tarzan rope - see additional information on swimming lessons and public swimming times.

Meeting Room: one meeting room on the lower level, seating capacity 30; upper hallway can be partitioned off, capacity 35.

Library: Operated by the County of Lennox & Addington. Approximately 30,000 books. One meeting room is available for up to 12 people.

Ball Diamonds
All Diamonds are booked by calling 613-389-3648 weekdays and charges do apply. Willie Pratt Sportsfield, Amherstview 2 lighted ball diamonds available for tournaments and league play. Flush toilets, water fountain.

Soccer Fields
There are fields at the Willie Pratt Sportsfield, as well as at Dinosaur Park.
Tennis Courts
Two regulation tennis courts are located behind the W.J.Henderson Recreation Centre, lit until 9 pm. (mid-April until Thanksgiving unless otherwise requested) No charge.       n
